This Privacy Policy ("Policy") is issued by jilikl ("jilikl," "we," "us," "our") and sets out the basis on which any personal data we collect from you, or that you provide to us, will be processed by jilikl. This Policy applies to all personal data collected through the jilikl website located at jilikl.vip, the jilikl mobile web platform, customer support channels, and any associated services (collectively, the "jilikl Platform").

For the purposes of the Data Privacy Act of the Philippines, the personal information controller in respect of all data collected through the jilikl Platform is jilikl, operating the website jilikl.vip and all associated online gaming services accessible through that domain.

jilikl does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We may share your personal data with third parties only in the following circumstances:

• Regulatory and law enforcement authorities: PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), the National Privacy Commission (NPC), law enforcement agencies, and other competent Philippine government bodies — where disclosure is required by law, court order, or regulatory direction.

• Payment processing partners: GCash, Maya, banking partners, and payment gateway operators — to the extent necessary to process approved transactions. These parties process payment data under their own privacy policies and applicable BSP regulations.

jilikl retains personal data for the period necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, including to satisfy legal, regulatory, accounting, and reporting requirements. The following retention periods apply:

• Active account data: Retained for the duration of the active player relationship with jilikl.
• KYC and identity documents: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure, in compliance with PAGCOR licensing requirements and the Philippine AML Act.
• Financial transaction records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of each transaction, as required by applicable Philippine financial regulations.
• Gaming activity logs: Retained for a minimum of three (3) years from the date of each session.
• Customer support records: Retained for three (3) years from the date of each interaction.

After the applicable retention period expires, personal data is securely deleted or anonymised such that it can no longer be attributed to any individual. Anonymised, aggregated data may be retained indefinitely for statistical and platform improvement purposes.

In the event of a personal data breach that is likely to adversely affect your rights and freedoms, jilikl will notify you and the National Privacy Commission in accordance with the notification requirements of the Data Privacy Act of the Philippines.

The jilikl Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older, in accordance with PAGCOR requirements applicable to licensed online gaming operators in the Philippines. jilikl does not knowingly collect personal data from any individual under the age of 21.

If jilikl becomes aware that personal data has been collected from an individual below the minimum age — whether through account registration, KYC verification findings, or any other means — that account will be immediately suspended, all associated data will be reviewed and deleted in accordance with applicable law, and any funds deposited will be returned to the originating payment method.

Parents and guardians who believe that a person under 21 years of age has created a jilikl account are encouraged to contact jilikl Customer Support immediately.

jilikl primarily processes personal data of Philippine players within infrastructure serving the Philippine market. In certain circumstances, personal data may be transferred to or processed by third-party service providers whose systems are located outside the Philippines — for example, cloud infrastructure providers or game platform operators.

Where such transfers occur, jilikl ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your personal data to a standard at least equivalent to that required under the Data Privacy Act of the Philippines. jilikl will acknowledge your request within five (5) business days and provide a substantive response within thirty (30) calendar days. In complex cases, this period may be extended by a further thirty (30) days with notice provided to you. Where jilikl declines to act on a request, we will provide a reasoned explanation and inform you of your right to escalate to the National Privacy Commission.

jilikl has appointed a Data Protection Officer ("DPO") in accordance with the requirements of the Data Privacy Act of the Philippines. The DPO is responsible for overseeing jilikl's compliance with this Policy and applicable data privacy legislation, and serves as the primary point of contact for data subjects and the National Privacy Commission.

jilikl may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, applicable legal requirements, or regulatory guidance from the National Privacy Commission. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was made.

For material changes that significantly affect how jilikl processes your personal data or reduces your rights, jilikl will provide advance notice to registered players via the registered email address or an in-platform notification before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the jilikl Platform after the effective date of any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
