These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and jilikl ("jilikl," "we," "us," "the Platform"), governing your access to and use of the jilikl website located at jilikl.vip and all associated gaming, betting, and wagering services (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing the jilikl website, creating a player account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you irrevocably confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the jilikl Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the jilikl platform and must not create an account. Access to the jilikl Services is conditional upon your continued compliance with these Terms.

To be eligible to register and maintain a player account on jilikl, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This is a firm minimum age requirement in accordance with PAGCOR regulations applicable to licensed online gaming platforms operating in the Philippines. No exceptions are made.
• You are a natural person — not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity — accessing the Services in your individual capacity.
• You are physically located in the Philippines at the time of registration and during use of the Services.
• You are not a resident of, or accessing jilikl from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or restricted by applicable law.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or close relative of jilikl or any affiliated entity.
• You are not self-excluded from the jilikl platform or from any PAGCOR-regulated gambling service.
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party when registering or using the jilikl account.

Registration of a jilikl account by any person who does not meet all of the above eligibility criteria is a material breach of these Terms. jilikl reserves the right to close any ineligible account without notice, void all associated bets, and withhold or return funds in accordance with its obligations under applicable Philippine gaming regulations.

In accordance with PAGCOR requirements and the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended), jilikl is obligated to verify the identity and age of every player before permitting access to real-money gaming features ("Know Your Customer" or "KYC").

Documents Required

Players will be required to submit at minimum one (1) valid, government-issued Philippine identification document, which may include:

• Philippine National ID (PhilSys)
• Philippine Passport
• Driver's License issued by LTO
• SSS, GSIS, or Pag-IBIG ID with photograph
• Voter's ID issued by COMELEC
• Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) ID

jilikl may request additional documentation including proof of address, source of funds, or enhanced due diligence materials for accounts that trigger risk-based thresholds under applicable AML requirements. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe will result in account suspension and possible fund hold pending compliance review.

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active jilikl account. Creating or maintaining multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. jilikl employs technical measures to detect duplicate registrations, including device fingerprinting, IP analysis, and cross-referencing of submitted personal data.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your jilikl login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. jilikl will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

If you suspect unauthorised access to your jilikl account, you must notify jilikl Customer Support immediately and change your password without delay. jilikl reserves the right to suspend an account pending investigation of any reported or suspected security breach.

Account Dormancy

A jilikl account is considered dormant if no login or transaction activity has occurred for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. jilikl may apply a monthly dormancy fee to inactive accounts following written notice to the registered email address. Any remaining balance in a dormant account will be preserved and is returnable upon the player's written request to jilikl Customer Support.

jilikl accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP) via approved payment methods including GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, QR Ph, InstaPay, PesoNet, and select over-the-counter channels. The list of accepted payment methods is subject to change; the current accepted methods are displayed on the jilikl deposit page.

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name and verified under your jilikl KYC profile. Third-party deposits — payments made from an account belonging to another individual — are not permitted and will be returned. This requirement applies to all payment methods including e-wallets and bank transfers.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits per transaction and per period are displayed on the jilikl cashier page and may be adjusted by jilikl from time to time. jilikl does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawal requests on jilikl are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a verified payment method registered in the player's own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited under these Terms and under applicable Philippine AML regulations.

A completed KYC verification is a prerequisite for any withdrawal. Players who have not completed identity verification cannot withdraw funds regardless of account balance. jilikl strongly encourages all players to complete KYC immediately after registration to avoid delays when requesting withdrawals.

Processing Times

• GCash / Maya: Typically processed within 15–60 minutes of approval.
• Online banking (BPI, BDO, Metrobank): 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank.
• InstaPay / PesoNet: Within the timeframes established by the relevant payment network.

jilikl reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence checks prior to processing withdrawal requests, which may extend processing time. Players subject to active investigation, responsible gaming cooling-off periods, or pending document verification requests may have withdrawals held pending resolution.

jilikl offers various bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which include wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, expiry periods, and maximum withdrawal amounts arising from bonus winnings. These specific terms are published alongside each offer.

General bonus conditions applicable to all jilikl promotions include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only — some offers are restricted to new registrations, verified accounts, or players in specific activity tiers.
• Bonus funds and free-bet credits cannot be withdrawn directly. Only net winnings generated after satisfying the applicable wagering requirement are eligible for withdrawal.
• Each player may claim each specific offer once only, unless otherwise stated. Attempts to claim a single offer multiple times via duplicate accounts constitute bonus abuse.
• jilikl reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to matched betting using bonus funds, arbitrage through bonus exploitation, or systematic wagering designed to circumvent wagering requirements — may result in the cancellation of bonus funds and winnings, and account suspension.

All jilikl casino games and sports betting markets are governed by the specific game rules and betting rules applicable to each product, which are accessible within the game interface and on the relevant betting market page. In the event of a conflict between a specific game rule and these Terms, the specific game rule prevails in respect of that game or market.

All jilikl casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software, independently tested for fairness and randomness by third-party accredited testing laboratories. The return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is displayed in the game information panel.

Sports betting results at jilikl are settled based on official results published by the relevant governing body. In the event of a technical error, incorrect odds publication, or any other platform error, jilikl reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to player accounts. Winnings generated as a result of a manifest error are not payable.

Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all jilikl games and betting markets. These limits are displayed within each game or market interface. jilikl reserves the right to impose individual stake restrictions on specific player accounts at its discretion without being required to provide a reason.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jilikl platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances:

• Registering while under 21 years of age or providing false age information during registration or KYC.
• Opening, operating, or benefiting from more than one jilikl player account.
• Using the jilikl platform for any money laundering or terrorist financing purpose, or in breach of any applicable Philippine AML legislation.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with jilikl games or services.
• Exploiting technical errors, software vulnerabilities, or system glitches in the jilikl platform.
• Colluding with other players in any jilikl poker or competitive game format.
• Using VPN, proxy, or any IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic restrictions on the jilikl platform.
• Engaging in any fraudulent chargeback, dispute reversal, or payment reversal after receiving gaming credits or winnings.
• Harassment, abuse, or threatening conduct directed at jilikl employees or other players through any jilikl communication channel.

All content on the jilikl platform — including but not limited to the jilikl name and logo, website design and layout, software, text, images, game content, and audio-visual materials — is the proprietary intellectual property of jilikl or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jilikl platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, redistribute, publicly display, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any jilikl content without express written authorisation.

jilikl collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the jilikl Privacy Policy and the Data Privacy Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 10173). By creating a jilikl account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

jilikl may share your personal data with PAGCOR and other regulatory or law enforcement authorities as required by applicable Philippine law or court order. jilikl will not sell your personal data to third-party marketers.

jilikl is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The platform provides the following tools to all registered players via the account settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum continuous play duration after which the platform will issue a warning and, at your option, log you out automatically.
• Loss Limits: Define the maximum net loss permitted in a given period.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing (24 hours to 30 days). The restriction takes effect immediately and cannot be cancelled once activated.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely close your jilikl account for gambling purposes. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed for a minimum of six (6) months.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jilikl, its directors, officers, employees, contractors, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the jilikl platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, loss of profits, loss of business opportunity, or damage to reputation.

jilikl's total cumulative liability to any individual player arising from any claim related to these Terms or the jilikl Services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player during the sixty (60) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jilikl does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical defects. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party service outages, and network disruptions may affect platform availability. jilikl shall not be liable for any losses attributable to such interruptions.

jilikl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without advance notice if jilikl has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The account is being used for fraudulent, criminal, or money-laundering purposes;
• The account holder does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 2;
• Regulatory, compliance, or law enforcement requirements necessitate account closure;
• The safety and security of the jilikl platform or other players requires it.

You may close your jilikl account at any time by contacting Customer Support. Upon voluntary account closure, any verified balance remaining after deduction of pending bonus wagering obligations will be returned to your registered payment method.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

In the event of a dispute, you agree to first contact jilikl Customer Support to seek an amicable resolution before pursuing formal legal proceedings. jilikl will endeavour to resolve all player disputes within fifteen (15) business days of receipt of a formal written complaint submitted to [email protected].

If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. You waive any right to a trial by jury or to participate as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class action or representative proceeding.

jilikl reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. For material changes, jilikl will provide advance notice to registered players via the registered email address or an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the jilikl platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must close your jilikl account before the revised Terms take effect. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of your rights and obligations.
